I believe the most successful auto service business comes from a good reputation built on honesty and integrity.  We at Russell Auto have achieved that goal.  I have built this business on that philosophy and this is why 80% of our business is repeat customers. I treat my customers with the same respect and honesty that I would like for myself. I tell my customers what is needed and the cost to fix it right. I give them all the information I can so they can make an informed decision.

Keeping my customers vehicles running safely and properly is important to me and my technician. Part of doing this is by giving the vehicle an inspection every time it is in the shop. Any concerns are reported to the customer.  Whats the sense in doing a tune-up if the brakes are poor and unsafe.  

Another key to our success is the on-going training my technician and I receive, and the constant upgrading of tools and equipment to perform the work required at our high standards.
